Italian Christmas in pictures

 We were able to scype with Ryan  on Christmas Day. We loved talking to him.


Here is his letter from January 1, 2014


Christmas eve dinner, with the cavalli family and the sister missionaries

and they made these amazing  food animals that were delicious

and then me recovering after the second christmas eve dinner

Here is a picture of the church we went to for midnight mass. It was cool.

They talked a lot about the mystery of christmas!

I don't know what the mystery is but it was cool to see a catholic midnight mass.

and then all the missionaries after the midnight mass

Here is also the family we ate with Christmas day the mom is from Venezuela and the dad from Italy. They are an awesome family. (Caggese family)

 We played uno with them which helped me remember countless family home evenings.

We were fortunate enough to receive massive amounts of food from both wards that we are serving in.
